The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 80.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 as compared to Rs 53.77 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 49.30 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.86 per cent at Rs 573.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 552.27 crore in the corresponding period last year. During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.35 per cent to Rs 487.11 crore from Rs 471.30 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 3.57 per cent at Rs 6.21 crore versus (Sep'18 Rs 6.44 crore). Operating Profit surged by 6.80 per cent to Rs 86.48 crore as against Rs 80.97 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.86 per cent in September quarter. Interest declined by 1.52 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.65 crore, while Taxation decreased by 87.46 per cent at Rs 3.32 crore (Sep'18 Rs 26.48 crore).
