KDDL announced that its material subsidiary, Ethos, has raised funds amounting to Rs 10.99 crore by way of preferential allotment of 376,712 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 282 per share to KDDL, holding company.

Post the above allotment, consolidated shareholding of KDDL (directly and indirectly through its subsidiary,Mahen Distribution) in Ethos will increase from 72.99% to 73.56% on a fully diluted basis.
